KISHORE  DUWADI, P.E.

– President & CEO

Mr. Duwadi is an accomplished Registered Professional Engineer with extensive background and experience in building LNG Plants and storage facilities with an experience of more than 35 years in the field of Oil and Gas. His experience includes working with Northwest Natural Gas Company, which owned Newport and Portland LNG Peak Shaving Plants as well as Mist Underground Storage and Base Loading Facility. Mr. Duwadi was the Supervising Engineer at the Newport LNG Peak Shaving Plant, which was originally designed as an LNG receiving terminal and performed a complete plant upgrade including liquefaction and vaporizing processes. This facility has more than one BCF of storage and 60 mmscfd vaporization rate. Mr. Duwadi led a similarly comprehensive upgrade at the Portland LNG Plant. At Mist Underground Storage and Base Loading Facility, Mr. Duwadi was the lead engineer for the major storage and compressor station design and development project including a gas dehydration system.

Other LNG projects include Landfill gas LNG Plant in California, Stranded gas LNG plant in New Mexico and Utah, Coal mine methane LNG plant in Poland and natural gas vehicle LNG plants in Arizona and Texas.

BREAUNNA DUWADI-SMITH

– Project Manager

Mrs. Duwadi-Smith is the Project Coordinator for the West Africa LNG Group. Mrs. Duwadi-Smith also works as an Environmental Health and Safety Manager for Siemens Smart Infrastructure. Prior to joining the West Africa LNG Group, Mrs. Duwadi-Smith worked as a Project Coordinator for Siemens Building Technologies and Applied LNG, a producer and distributor of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and provider of natural gas fuels services. Mrs. Duwadi-Smith worked with a team in building two new liquefaction facilities in Topock, Arizona and Midlothian, Texas.

Mrs. Duwadi-Smith is a graduate of Oregon State University with a degree in English and Education and has an MBA from West Texas A&M. She also holds various OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) certifications including an OSHA 30 card, and is working on her Associate Safety Professional license (ASP).

MOHAMMAD KASHKI, Ph.D., PE

– Senior Electrical Engineer

Mohammad Kashki is Senior Electrical Engineer with Duwadi Engineering Services since 2019 for West Africa LNG project in Kamsar, Guinea.

He graduated in Electrical Engineering BSc and MSc programs and started as Junior Electrical Engineer at Moshanir Power Engineering Consultant for design and development of HV substations and power plants ranging from 63 kV up to 400 kV. He then joined Oil and Gas industry and served as Senior Electrical Engineer for various design and development projects including crude pump stations, LNG, tank farms, gas compressor stations, desalting units, etc. Eventually, he was leading Electrical Engineering Department while enjoying leadership skills and mentoring team members at Pars Consulting Engineers.

The design process was ground up projects from Feasibility and Fundamental Studies, Basic and Detail Design, FEED, Procurement Engineering, and Erection and Installation Supervision.

He continued his higher educations at PhD program in Mechanical Engineering at Southern Methodist University in United States and joined Prentex Alloy Fabricators for design of ASME Pressure and Cryogenic Vessels for Oil and Gas and Aerospace projects.

He obtained his Professional Engineering License (PE) in 2016.

 

SAHAR SAFFAR, P.E.

– Senior I&C Engineer

Ms. Saffar is the Senior I&C Engineer of Duwadi Engineering Services, PLLC for West Africa LNG project in Kamsar, Guinea.

She has over ten years of automation experience and a background in engineering, design, procurement, and construction projects in the oil and gas and water/wastewater industries. She has in-depth knowledge of Instrumentation & Control (I&C)/supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) design, including assessments, data sheets, instrument drawings, I/O wiring diagrams, PLC card drawings, loop drawings, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), process flow diagrams (PFD), calculations, and specifications.

Prior to joining Duwadi Engineering Services, PLLC, Ms. Saffar voluntarily served as the I&C Engineer of Applied LNG, a producer and distributor of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and provider of natural gas fuels services. Ms. Saffar was involved in the construction stage of the project which included hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing, design of instrument data sheets and calculation sheets and assisting with instrument calibration, field commissioning and troubleshooting.

 

Before joining Applied LNG, Ms. Saffar was involved as an I&C engineer in the detail design phases of projects for an oil and gas company. She was responsible for preparing specifications, instrument list, cable schedule, instrumentation location layouts, instrument I/O list, hook-up drawing, and instrument data sheet. Ms. Saffar was also responsible for preparing the following: material take off (MTO), instrument main cable route, and instrument material requisition.

BIKASH PARAJULI, Ph.D.

– Senior Mechanical Engineer

Bikash Parajuli is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with Duwadi Engineering Services, PLLC and brings more than a decade of experience in Mechanical system design, fuels, fluids dynamics and thermal management.

Graduating in Mechanical Engineering with a major in Mechanical/Electronics system design, automation and aeronautics, he started his career as an intern in an aviation industry and continued as an Aeronautical Engineer and Flight Instructor. He then worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer in a startup company in design, manufacturing and project management. Later, he completed his Ph.D. from the University of Akron, Ohio, USA in oil and gaseous fuels, LNG, combustion, propulsion, flames and innovative system design. He brings an experience working as a designer and R&D engineer in various companies as well.

Prior to joining the team, he was involved as an application engineer (Service and R&D) in the Forney Corporation and provided onsite services to the large thermal power plants and various Oil & Gas industries with Flame Scanners, Ignitors, Duct Burners, Burner Management System, Dampers and R&D of these systems; for commissioning, troubleshoot and startup of power generation plants.

JONATHAN DUWADI-SMITH

– Technical Writer

Jonathan Duwadi-Smith is the Technical Writer for the West Africa LNG Group. He is also employed with Sunfinity Renewable Energy as an Analyst Manager. At Sunfinity, Mr. Duwadi-Smith manages a team of proposal writers and analysts in the residential sector.
